NSDL IPO: The National Securities Depository Ltd (NSDL) completed its anchor investment round on Tuesday, July 29, 2025. The company has collected more than £ 1,200 crore anchor investors before its initial public offer (IPO). NSDL awarded a total of 1,50,17,999 shares or 1.5 crore equity shares to the anchor investors at a £ 800 per share awards price, the company notified BSE in an exchange. Of the total 1.5 crore equity shares assigned to the anchor investors, 5.297.418 shares, nearly 35.27 percent were allocated to 12 domestic mutual funds, which applied through a total of 22 schemes. Life Insurance Corporation of India, Smallcap World Fund, SBI Banking & Financial Services Fund, Icici Prudential Elss Tax Saver Fund, HDFC Value Fund, Fidelity Funds- India Focus Fund, Ashoka Whiteoak ICAV is some of the most important anchor investors. NSDL IPO GMP On Tuesday, July 29, the Gray Market Premium (GMP) of NSDL IPO stood at £ 126 per share at 11:05 p.m. With the upper price tire at £ 800 a share, the company’s shares are expected to be listed at £ 926, with a premium of 15.75 percent, according to InvestorGain data. NSDL IPO Details The NSDL Substantial Public Offer (IPO) opens tomorrow and will continue until August 1, 2025. The company set the IPO price tire at £ 760 to £ 800 per shares. It plans to raise £ 4,011.60 crore through a complete offer-for-sell (OFS). The IPO is scheduled to list on NSE and BSE. The proposed public issue plans to grant up to 50 percent of the shares to qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), at least 15 percent to non-institutional investors (NIIs), and a minimum of 35 percent to retail investors. In addition, up to 85,000 shares for shares are reserved for eligible employees, which will take advantage of a £ 76 discount by the employee discussion segment.
