Bhubaneswar, September 20 (IANS). Biju Janata Dal (BJD) asked for a six -hour stop in Bhubaneswar on September 24. The party announced a conclusion following the growing resentment over an army’s major and his fiancé attack. This move from BJD was opposed by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). BJP Mla Ashwini Kumar Sarangi criticized the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) for the Odisha Bandh on September 24. He claimed that the BJD has no real problem to arouse and that he uses “drama” to divert attention from real issues. Sarangi said the BJD MLAs are concerned about their political future, as the party is unlikely to return to power within the next 3-4 years or 2027. “Their protests, road shows and interruption in the home are meaningless, it’s just an attempt to show their presence,” he said. BJP leader Ashwini Kumar Sarangi also criticized the 24 -year -old rule of the BJD, claiming that the lawmakers and ministers had no interest during his term of office, and it was not clear who the government was really going on. He further said, “Every citizen of Odisha knows this reality.” Sarangi said the current BJP-led government focuses on public well-being and public feelings. He insisted: “All the MLAs establish the Janata Durbar at their residences, where hundreds of people bring their complaints. It was impossible in the last 24 years when the administration was dominated by the officials and the reach of the ministers and MLAs of the people was limited.” -Ians Aks/DKP shares this story -tags
