Life is still disturbed due to heavy rains in Himachal Pradesh. The meteorological department has issued a yellow warning in some places of six districts – Una, Bilaspur, Hamirpur, Kangra, Mandi, Shimla and Syrmaur. Incidents of landslides and weakening come to light in many places due to rain. Roads and basic services stood in the state, 316 roads, 110 power transformers and 131 drinking water schemes were affected until Friday night. Mandi and Kullu districts are most affected, where many routes are still closed due to landslides. It disrupted the movement of ordinary people and the provision of essential services. When do you get relief from rain? The meteorological department has informed that the velocity of rain is likely to fall from Sunday. On August 24, only one or two places in Shimla, Mandi and Syrmaur can rain, while the weather will be clear in other districts. On August 25, the weather is expected to remain clear in the entire state. Yellow Alert was released again on August 26 for the districts of Kangra, Kullu, Mandi, Shimla and Kinnraur. The appeal of the administration called on the people to avoid unnecessary journey and to be careful. Tourists are advised not to go especially in affected areas.
