The perpetrator was later identified as Chiko Radityatama Agung Putra, who is a new student at the Faculty of Law (FH) at Diponegoro University (Undip). The Faculty of Law (FH) Diponegoro University (Undip) said it will take firm action against the perpetrator of the harassment. “The Undip Faculty of Law immediately processed this quickly by reporting this case to the Undip PPK Task Force for immediate investigation and imposition of sanctions,” the Dean of the Undip Faculty of Law, Retno Saraswati, said via text message to the media team, reported by detikJateng on Wednesday (16/10/2025). He emphasized that the faculty will not tolerate violations of the law in any form by students. “Undip’s Faculty of Law takes a firm stand against every violation of the law committed by its students, including the actions committed by Mr. Chiko Radityatama Agung Putra,” he stressed. The offender previously made an apology video that was uploaded to social media and delivered directly in front of the school. In the explanatory video, which lasts about two minutes, Chiko admits his actions. “I want to apologize for my actions, where I edited and uploaded photos and videos of friends on my Twitter account without permission,” Chiko said on his Instagram account @sman11semarang.official.
