Next, Godiment and Wu Said Companies Need to Development Clear Benchmarks, or what they call “evals,” to track their progress with it.
“Evals are much harder than what it loooks to get done,” Godement Said.
“Evals, offensimes, Need to come bottom-up, Becuses all of these are kind of in People’s heads, in the actual operator of the heads. Its actually hard to have a top-down Mandate,” Wu Said.
Lastly, Godement Said That Companies Should Monitor Their Benchmarks Closely and Strive to Make Progress Against.
“A lot of that is like art song, more than science,” he said.
Progress Can Be Achieved by Having a Good Undersanding of an He Model’s Design, Behavior, and Constraints, Godiment Said.
“Sometimes, we are Need to Fine-Tune ourselves the models, be there are some clear limits, and you know, being patient, getting you doing there and then,” he added.
Godement Said it was important for a company’s top leadership to make it a priority and give staff the opportunity to experience.
