Land for Job Case: Rouse Avenue Court noted, called up three accused

New -Delhi, September 20 (IANS). The Rouse Avenue Court noted the supplementary charge page submitted by the Directorate for Enforcement (ED) on the case related to money laundering in the soil for position. The case is related to businessman Amit Katyal, near Lalu Prasad Yadav. The court issued summonses on Lal Babu Chaudhary, Mustakim Ansari and Rajendra Singh as accused in this case. According to the order, the three accused will have to appear before the court on October 13. The court also made it clear that money laundering cases related to land for work will now be heard daily (daily) so that the case can be executed as soon as possible. In addition, the court also asked the ED to submit a copy of the permission to prosecute Lalu Prasad Yadav in court. Earlier, on September 8, the case was heard against the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) Supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav in the Delhi High Court. During this, Lalu’s advocate in the Delhi High Court said that the CBI failed to obtain compulsory approval under the Corruption Prevention Act (PC) to register a FIR in the case. He said that Lalu Yadav was a minister of railway at the time, and therefore approval was needed under section 17A of the PC Act. The CBI could not register a FIR and could not start a fir investigation. Let me tell you that the ‘ground for work’ scam is a case of corruption, claiming that Lalu Prasad Yadav, while a Railroad Minister, took land at a cheaper rate of them in exchange for giving work to some people in the railways. The case is between 2004 and 2009. The CBI has accused Lalu Yadav, his wife Rabri Devi, son Tejashwi Yadav and others in this case. Investigation agencies say the transaction took place without any valid procedure. Now this case is being heard in court. -Ians psk shares this story tags
