Orange Alert issued in three districts of Himachal Pradesh, closed 325 roads Thursday

The local meteorological department at Shimla issued an orange warning for three districts of Himachal Pradesh. The weather division said there is a possibility of heavy to heavy rain in some places in the districts of Chamba, Kangra and Mandi on Thursday, while Yellow Alert was issued for some areas from four to six districts from Friday to Sunday. There is a loss of up to £ 2031 crore. During the monsoon season, more than 120 people lost their lives in rain -related incidents, while 30 people are missing. According to PTI reports, there were the latest incidents of flood and cloud burst in the state, which caused several bridges to flow in Shimla and Lahaul spiti districts. No casualties have been reported so far. In the Shimla district, a police post was also destroyed due to flooding in the Ganvi Valley, while heavy rain damaged a bus stall and shops in the area. The PTI quoted the officials, saying that two bridges were also swept away, which cut the codes and Panchayats of the district. In Lahaul and Spiti districts, there was a sudden flood due to Cloudburst in the Karpat, Changut and Udgos Nala of the Mayad Valley, causing two bridges to flow. The residents of Karpat Village went to safe places due to the possibility of adjoining danger. Ranjit Lahuli, a resident of the town, said that ten Bigha agricultural land was damaged due to sudden flooding. Lahuli said the district administration is engaged in assistance in the area. Cloudbursts also took place in the Bathdha Hill in the Nirmand Hill of Nirmand Subdivision of the Kullu district and the Bathdha hill in the Tirthan Valley of Banjar subdivision. A cloud burst in the Srikhand hill flooded the Kurpon Valley, while the Bagipul market was immediately evacuated by the district administration.
