Assistant -Police Commissioner (Dombivali) Suhas Hemade told PTI that a case under section 137 (2) (kidnapping), 65 (1) (in some cases rape), 88 (miscarriage), 143 (individual smuggling) and 144 (extraction of a smuggled person) were registered. In addition, the provisions of the protection of children from sexual offenses and the provisions of the Immortal Trade Act have been implemented.
