Residents found the perpetrator behind an empty house suffering from a cut to his neck. “The witness secured the victim and immediately took him to the hospital. The witness returned to (the location) and found that A was already in a position where his neck had been cut, he suspected he was trying to commit suicide,” he said. Robert does not yet know the motive for the abuse. Because according to him, the perpetrator and victim are currently undergoing intensive treatment in the hospital. “We are still investigating this because the person concerned could not provide information yesterday,” he said.
