PAHAGANJ -ACCIDENT: Police have filed fir against the owner of the building

New -Delhi, May 18 (IANS). Three people died after falling in the Paharganj area in Delhi on Saturday. A person buried in the rubble was injured. Delhi police registered a fir against the building owner in this case. Delhi police said a fir was filed with the Nabi Karim police station under the parts of the Code of India (BNS). According to officials, the incident happened on Saturday night in the Ara Kansa road near Krishna Hotel, where the one side wall of the cellar fell under construction. On this incident, Delhi chief minister of Delhi chief minister expressed sadness over the death of three people and ordered an investigation into the incident. He assured that strict action against the culprits would be assured. The social media platform X wrote, “God must give the departed souls peace and give power to the grieving families to carry this irreparable damage.” Chief Minister Velha Gupta instructed the officers to provide all the necessary assistance to the family and the injured. The main minister’s office wrote on X: “The unfortunate incident of the fall of the cellar wall in an under -construction building in Paharganj was reported. Three people were killed and one seriously injured. The Post said: “The rescue operation was carried out by Delhi Fire Service and NDRF staff. The DM of Central Delhi was instructed to provide all possible assistance to the families of the dead and the injured. Our condolences were with the families of the dead.” According to officials, two of the dead of Bihar and one of Uttar Pradesh. The deceased was identified as Prabhu (65), Niranjan (40) and Roshan (35). At the same time, the injured person was identified as vacations (35). Treatment is underway under the supervision of doctors. Prabhu was the contractor while the other two deceased were workers appointed by him.
