At the same time, he asked the doctors to work together by understanding the pain of patients and their family members. Complaints are filed at number 104, and the Haryana government is constantly receiving complaints against the doctors on the helpline number 104 launched by the National Health Mission. Someone claims that the doctor did not tell his illness well, and then someone said that the doctor did not answer the question associated with the disease. Many people are concerned about doctors who do not come to the hospital in time. Through this helpline, 409 complaints have been received so far. Of these, the disposal of 337 was claimed, while 72 serious complaints were investigated. In most complaints that have come up, doctors are not healed, and do not improve the hospitals’ cleaning system, do not work properly and neglect patients. Most of the complaints against the doctors of these districts received most complaints against doctors from the Rohtak districts, the afternoon, Karnal and Gurugram. A complaint in the Sonepat district was sent to the Directorate by the NHM team for action. Dr. Gadindra Singh, the nodal officer of the Call Center Helpline, is in Panchkula, says a call center has also been set up in pankula, where the complaints that come are resolved.
