LinkedIn’s 2025 top enterprise list reflects this shift, with the detection of 25 workplaces in India that actively helps to grow professionals through returns, internal mobility and future career paths. Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a technical and consulting giant with large footsteps in Hyderabad, Chennai and Bengaluru. TCS is recognized for promoting talent in system administration and software engineering roles. Accenture follows carefully, with a strong demand for business software and a robust presence in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai. Infosys, third in third place, offers a wide range of consultation and engineering opportunities, while Fidelity investments in Bengaluru and Chennai focus on AI and SDLC expertise. In fifth place, Cognizant attracts it and develops professionals across Hyderabad and Chennai. Oracle and JPMorgan Chase are sixth and seventh respectively, with Oracle leaning in AI and software development, and JPMorgan offers roles in investment banking and IT. Amazon, eighth on the list, remains a top destination for software engineers and AI specialists. Tech Giant Alphabet Inc. (Google’s Perent Company) Take ninth, and look at roles in mobile development and media, while DTCC rounds off the top ten focusing on IT and business in Chennai. The second half of the list contains major players such as Capgemini, Salesforce and Synopsys Inc., each offering strong engineering and IT growth. The car firm Continental and banks such as Wells Fargo and Morgan Stanley still invest in technical skills and financial services training. Emerging leaders such as Servicenow, Stripe, Atlassian and MSCI Inc. Also make the cut, which reflects the importance of product management, fintech and analysis in the future labor market of India.
