Protests broke out in Bihar’s capital Patna after the body of two children, who disappeared on August 15, was found in a vehicle. Police have filed a fir against protesters for arguing without prior consent, the Central Superintendent of Police Diksha said. The protesters blocked the road and burned tires. After the protests on Thursday, SP Diksha said the protesters met on the Atal road because they suspected some people in the case. Police did not find information about the event in advance. “Today, under the Ps -Pataliputra borders, a jam by some people on Atal Path was caused. They said they suspected some people in the case of the murder of two children a few days ago. They got on the road with their grievance, but they gave no information to the police in advance,” SP Dikha told Ani. The police officer added that the roadblock was cleaned after police spoke to the protesters. The SP said: “The roadblock was cleared and police spoke to the protesters. A fir is filed against everyone who participated in this illegal protest.” BJP worker Atul Kumar said two children near road number 12 were killed in Patna. He added that the police gave assurances to arrest the culprits and that justice would be served. “Near road number 12 was killed two children of seven years and five years. After no action in the case, people protested. However, police assured them that they would arrest the culprits soon. Under the government of Nitish Kumar, who committed this horrific crime against children, the BJP worker will not be said.
