The court sought information from the department on the steps taken to deal with the monkeys’ problem. The requesters said people are upset in many districts due to monkeys, crops are wasted and the safety of children is in danger. Jagran correspondent, Ghaziabad. The High Court in Allahabad, while hearing a petition related to the growing terror of monkeys, asked the department of state development about what steps they took to deal with the monkeys’ problem. The court also sought information on the department scheme. In the Supreme Court, a petition was filed in the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court heard that the Supreme Court said that since the administration of all the municipalities is under the Department of Urban Development, the Department of Town Development must also be included in this matter. The requesters presented news of newspapers in court and said that monkeys in many districts, including Kaushambi, Prayagraj, Sitapur, Bareilly and Agra, made it difficult for people to live. Crops are wasted, children’s safety remains a challenge and in many places people are forced to be in homes in the home for fear. The court was told that after the removal of monkeys from the Wildlife Protection Act, now falls under the jurisdiction of municipal corporations and municipalities, and it is the duty of these bodies to ensure the safety and ease of the public. The petition demanded immediate action plan, veterinary hospitals and rescue trailers, forest rehabilitation, food arrangements and 24 -hour hooking portal. The Ghaziabad District Magistrate filed an affidavit that on August 20, 2025, he wrote a letter to the Department of Urban Development and the Environment Department recommending the guidelines and standard operation process (soup).
