Demand to dismiss Priyank Kharge from the Cabinet, and is accused of making an leader of opposition under house arrest

Kalburgi, May 23 (IANS). The politics of the state were heated on May 21 over a controversial incident in Kalburgi, Karnataka. BJP legislative councilor N. Ravi Kumar demanded his resignation and made serious allegations against the leader of Congress and Minister Priyank Kharge. This case is related to the leader of opposition, Chalwadi Narayan Swami’s Tricolor Journey. N. Ravi Kumar said in a special conversation with the Ians news agency on Friday that on May 21, when Chalwadi Narayan Swami arrived in Sitapur in Kalburgi to participate in the Tricolor journey, preventing him from participating in the program under a conspiracy. He claimed that Priyank Kharge called police officers and ordered that Narayan Swamy should not be allowed to leave for the venue. Narayan Swami was subsequently closed in a room in Circuit House and kept under house arrest for five hours. He said this incident is against democracy and constitution. It is shameful to offer a public representative like this. We demand that Priyank Kharge be rejected immediately from the Cabinet and that action should be taken against the police officers involved in the incident. If our demands are not met, we will make a great movement. The role of many police officers in this incident is also suspicious; They must be suspended immediately. Ravi Kumar said that if it is wrong to abuse after Priyank Kharge, it was right that his father Mallikarjun Kharge called the prime minister ‘Poison’? Was that language appropriate? He warned that the BJP would not remain silent on this issue and if necessary, a state -wide excitement would be arranged. The BJP leader said the party had earlier made several movements for inflation, Sandmafia and justice had deprived victims and now the matter is related to the rights of the people and the protection of democracy. He said that the law would be ruled in Karnataka, and no family hooliganism. -Ians PSK/Ekd Share this Story Tags
