IPO watch: Pune-based jeweler PNGS Reva Diamond Jewelery has submitted his concept Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to ensure £ 450 crore through an initial public offer (IPO). PNGS Reva Diamond Jewelery is a retail-focused jewelry brand that sells a variety of jewelry made from diamonds and precious and semi-precious stones in precious metals such as gold and platinum. The company was founded after a strategic disinvestment by its corporate promoter, PN Gadgil & Sons Limited, who completed a slump of their diamond division. This business transfer agreement has enabled PNGS Reva Diamond Jewelery to create a separate identity in the market, while its activities in the diamond jewelry sector continue.
