Meanwhile, Aimim’s president, Asaduddin Owaisi, opposed the step to enact the bill, after which the opposition began screaming slogans. Owaisi opposed the bills and said: “It is in conflict with the separation of the powers. This gives the executive agencies the right to play the role of judges, jury and executors. This bill will give non-imposed people the right to play the role of executor.” He added: “The sections of this bill can be used to destabilize governments.
