Haldwani, May 25 (IANS). People usually consider Pine Bark useless, but Chandra Joshi, who lives in Haldwani in Uttarakhand, works to kill wood with his cast. Without a modern instrument, with his own hands, he engraves such vibrant figures on the bark, which people are stunned to see. He has a look at pilgrimage centers such as Badrinath, Kedarnath, traditional drums, instruments, conch, shivling, map or india, and he made many artifacts with this bass. On Sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised this art of Jeevan Joshi with polio and praised him in the ‘Mann Ki Bowel’ program. He is proud to hear his art of Premier Modi publicly. After his performance, the former Union and MP of Nainital -udham Singh Nagar Ajay Bhatt also reached his center and congratulated him. The BJP MP said the government, whatever the problem, the government will try to overcome it. Chandra Joshi, 65, a Katgharia resident, never allowed his physical inability to dominate his art. Today he is an expert in such an art that is appreciated not only in the country, but also abroad. Joshi is the first person in India, who received a senior scholarship through the Ministry of Culture, the Government of India, because he worked on the dry bark of Pine Tree. This achievement not only recognizes their art, but also sets an example that there is no alternative to true hard work and dedication. Joshi suffers from polio. Since childhood, there have been trouble walking, but because of the high flight of his courage, they become self -sufficient and become an inspiration to others. He learned art related to wood and bark from his father. The coercion not to get out of the house forced him to look for another world in the house. This journey made him a master vakman. Joshi says he has been 25 to 30 years since he practices this art. Not only did he adopt this art himself, but has now also started training some local children. He expressed sadness that the youth no longer tend to learn this traditional and employment -oriented art. He believes that if the government promotes this art, the migration of the mountains will stop and find the local population jobs. He says that the way of self -activity comes from similar folk art, and that it is necessary to preserve and disclose it. At the same time, local social activist Narendra Sharma said: “Artists like Jeevan Chandra Joshi are our heritage. The government must provide a platform for such people, so their art reaches the new generation, their story is not only inspiration, but the story of change.” Premier Modi said in the Mann KI Betting program: “In childhood, polio took away the power of his feet, but polio, could not jerk his spirit. The pace of his step may have delayed, but his thoughts continued to fly every imagination. In this flight, Jeevan Jee gave a unique art – which is called the luggage. it looks like the mountains.
