PMJ Brimob distributes basic food to casual daily workers
Jakarta – Brimob Polda Metro Jaya held a basic food distribution activity for casual daily workers (PHL). This activity is a form of social concern for all workers within the National Police. “In line with the directive of the Metro Jaya Police Chief, Inspector General Asep Edi Suheri, to raise social awareness and strengthen family relations in the Polri work environment,” Metro Jaya Police Mobile Brigade Unit Commander, Kombes Henik Maryanto, told journalists on Friday (17/10/2025). Henik said that this program is a form of attention and expression of gratitude to the PHL staff of Mako Brimob who played an important role in supporting the smooth running of the unit’s tasks. It is also hoped that this basic food distribution activity can strengthen friendship. Scroll TO CONTINUE CONTENT “Besides being a form of moral support, this activity also strengthens the relationship between leaders, staff and PHLs who are part of the Brimob extended family,” explained Henik. “The PHL staff of Mako Satbrimob are an important part of the big Brimob family. We want to show that every bit of their hard work and dedication is very significant. Hopefully this assistance will be useful and an encouragement to carry out their daily duties,” continued Henik. He hopes that the spirit of togetherness, social awareness and a sense of kinship within the Brimob unit will continue to grow. Apart from that, this activity is also a manifestation of the Police being humanistic and close to the community. (isa/isa)
