Police in Tangerang City share with Ojol, hold social service in slum

Tangerang City – Tangerang City Metro Police held social humanitarian activities by distributing basic necessities to the online motorcycle taxi (ojol) community and to the community in slums. The ‘Caring Friday’ activity, which is part of the Polda Metro Jaya programme, was held as a concrete manifestation of the presence of the National Police in the community. He admitted that he was open to receiving any input. “If you have a complaint or need help, please convey it to the Batuceper police chief. We will follow up,” he added. On the same day, the Tangerang City Metro Police also distributed basic food packets in the RT 01 RW 01 slum area, Poris Gaga Village, Batuceper District. The police chief handed over 100 bags of basic food packages containing 5 kilograms of rice and instant noodles directly to residents. “Hopefully, the residents of RT 01/01 Poris Gaga Baru Village will always be provided with good health. This assistance may not be much, but we hope it can ease the economic burden on the residents a little,” said Jauhari.
