Jakarta – President Prabowo Subianto discussed the conflict in Gaza and the Middle East when he met bilaterally with the president of the Arab Emirates Association (PEA), Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan (MBZ). Prabowo has exchanged ideas related to efforts to resolve the country’s conflict. Prabowo said he specifically consulted with President MBZ about the latest geopolitical dynamics in the region. Prabowo also emphasizes the importance of dialogue between countries to find a peaceful solution to the prolonged conflict. “Of course, I consult with different geopolitical developments. We want to get input, thoughts, views of leaders in this region. Of course, we all think how we can help resolve conflict problems in this region, in Gaza and surrounding areas,” Prabowo said as on the YouTube of the presidential secretariat, Wednesday (9/4/2025). Therefore, communication and intensive consultation with world leaders become very important. “We want to find peace efforts, and for that we need to consult each other to get better input,” he said. On the same occasion, Prabowo also revealed the intention of President MBZ to return to Indonesia. Prabowo also welcomed the visit plan. “He said he wanted to go to Jakarta, I said we received well at any time,” he said.
