Jakarta – President Prabowo Subianto ordered the TNI commander not to take into account the seniority in leadership choice. State Minister Prasetyo Hadi said that Prabowo’s orders were actually executed by the TNI. “I think it’s yes now. Now it’s that the president emphasizes all the TNI ranks to prioritize the competence that exceeds all compared to seniority issues. I think it has,” Pras told reporters after the 80th anniversary of the TNI in Monas, Central Jakarta, Sunday (5/10/2025).
