Another main focus is the development of the ecosystem of the electric vehicle batteries that can be an important step towards the independence of the national industry. “So far we are a minority, so now we want to make a majority,” he said. “So far we have built a battery ecosystem for cars, but in the future we will make a battery ecosystem for motorcycles. So far, our motorcycles are about 140 million on the road, it is partly to replace the use of fuel to encourage energy transition,” Bahlil continued. As far as funding is concerned, Bahlil said that most project financing is expected to come from national and intermediate entities. The ownership of the share in the project will also be tried to remain in the control of the state in accordance with the guidance of President Prabowo. “I am convinced that the guidance of Mr. President Prabowo, it is a red and white project.
