Prajwal Revanna, the Janata Dal (secular) leader and former MP, faces four cases of rape, sexual assault and criminal intimidation, one of which has been submitted by his domestic worker, according to a report. What are the charges on Prajwal Revanna? Revanna was various serious divisions of the Indian Criminal Act, including section 376 (2) (k) for rape by a person in a control position, section 376 (2) (n) for repeated rape of the same woman, and divisions 354A, 354B, 354C, 506, and 201, with regard to sexual harassment, disregard, criminalism, criminalism.
