Amidst the aroma of sweets, brightness of decorations and increasing crowd in clothing stores, green coconuts are the most talked about this time. Keeping both pollution and safety in mind, the administration again allowed the sale of green coconuts. In the district, 86 shopkeepers in Rajsamand, 16 in Devgarh, 34 in Nathdwara, 10 in Bhim and 11 in Railmagra have applied for license under the Explosives Act. The processing of a total of 157 applications has been completed, and now after the police report, the administration will allot temporary shops. The market is expected to glow with the glow of colorful green coconuts throughout Diwali. Green biscuits: New colour, new thinking According to the guidelines of the state government, this time only green biscuits will be available for sale in the market. The specialty of these crackers is that they contain much less gunpowder and heavy metals, which reduces pollution and does not increase the level of toxic elements in the air. Green crackers are of the following types: Ground rounds, Sparkles, Garnet and rainbow lights, Tri-color pencil cakes, Rockets and string bombs, Strings of crackers ranging from 200 to 5000.
