'Preparation of 50 Crore Tender Scam in Jharkhand' BJP has made serious allegations against Hemant government

Ranchi, October 8 (IANS). Jharkhand BJP spokesman Pratul Shahdev made a serious charge of the RS 50 crore tender fraud in the Department of Health at a press conference held at the state office on Wednesday. Pratul Shahdev claimed that the government intended to offer a blacklist and a Debar business from Bihar, in which all the rules and regulations are kept at stake. He said it is clear from the preparation of this scam that corruption in the Jharkhand government has reached its peak. Shahdev said: “A tender scam of approximately Rs 50 crore takes place in the Department of Health. For this, a whole conspiracy is hatched to provide a blacklist in Bihar. This work is done by facing all the rules and laws, so that it becomes the only business to join the company’s tender process.” He questioned the intention of the Hemant Soren government on the issue and said that it was not only the abuse of the resources of the state, but also against the interests of the local youth. Referring to an old promise of Hemant Hemant Soren, BJP spokesman said: “The chief minister promised to give 75 percent reservation to the local youth to the tender process. He clearly said that Jharkhandi people would participate in any tender in Jharkhand. He further revealed that the amount of tender was increased by 500 times, so that no Jharkhandi business could complete the abstraction. It is a clear conspiracy to exclude local industrialists and youth, so that the business with external black money benefits. In the last few years, scams are constantly exposed to departments such as coal, mining, land and now health health. Referring to the CAG report, he said that there were already cases of irregularities in the Department of Health, where it was found that fund exemption and use certificates had disturbances. He demanded that this tender process be stopped immediately and that a fair investigation into the whole case should be conducted. He said: “The Jharkhandi public has now woken.
