Not available warrant issued against Rahul Gandhi, challenge in the Jharkhand High Court; What is the matter?
The Chaibasa Court of Jharkhand issued a warrant that is not available against former President of Congress Rahul Gandhi. The court issued a warrant for making offensive remarks and ordered them to appear on June 26. He approached Jharkhand High Court in which he demanded the cancellation of this warrant. Recently, Jharkhand Chaarkhand Chaarkhand issued a warrant that is not available against former national president of the Bharatiya Janata Party Amit Shah while hearing offensive remarks against Rahul Gandhi. In this he was ordered to appear in court on June 26, 2025. However, an application has already been filed in the Supreme Court for exemption from appearance in the Chaibasa Court in this case, which is currently pending. The Chaibasa court has not issued -available tax letter instead of considering it, the Chaibasa Court issued a non -available warrant. Rahul Gandhi attorney has filed an application in the Jharkhand High Court demanding that the warrants issued by the ChaibaBasa Court. However, the Supreme Court has a summer holidays, through which the petition cannot be heard at the moment. What is the whole thing? This case is from 2018. On March 28, congressman Rahul Gandhi made some remarks during a speech against the Bharatiya Janata party and his then national president during the congress. In July 2018, BJP leader Pratap Kumar filed a defamation case against Rahul Gandhi in Jharkhand’s Chaibasa CJM court on the same offensive remarks. Rahul Gandhi did not appear in the case, despite the summons issued by the Chaibasa Court in this case. The court again sent a warrant on this. However, Rahul Gandhi did not appear. Then, while hearing the same case, on May 24, 2025, Chaibasa Court issued a warrant against Congress Leader Rahul Gandhi and ordered him to appear in court on June 26, 2025.
