Not available warrant issued against Rahul Gandhi, challenge in the Jharkhand High Court; What is the matter?

The Chaibasa Court of Jharkhand issued a warrant that is not available against former President of Congress Rahul Gandhi. On March 28, congressman Rahul Gandhi made some remarks during a speech against the Bharatiya Janata party and his then national president during the congress. In July 2018, BJP leader Pratap Kumar filed a defamation case against Rahul Gandhi in Jharkhand’s Chaibasa CJM court on the same offensive remarks. Rahul Gandhi did not appear in the case, despite the summons issued by the Chaibasa Court in this case. The court again sent a warrant on this. However, Rahul Gandhi did not appear. Then, while hearing the same case, on May 24, 2025, Chaibasa Court issued a warrant against Congress Leader Rahul Gandhi and ordered him to appear in court on June 26, 2025.
