Prime Minister Modi has started digital revolution from Gujarat, now spread digital India throughout the country

Gandhinagar, October 4 (IANS). The development model adopted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi as Chief Minister of Gujarat today became a medium of change in the entire country. The Digital India campaign is the backbone of India that develops today, and behind it is the vision of e-gram Vishwagram Yojana introduced by PM Modi during the Gujarat CM. On January 23, 2009, he launched the e-Gram Vishwagram scheme by connecting more than 13 thousand grams of pancayats from Gujarat with broadband connection. The scheme played a major role in changing the picture of the towns of Gujarat. Dr Prakash Thakor, Sarpanch of Kheda Vadtal Gram Panchayat, told the Ians news agency: ‘The state government’s e-gram Vishwagram scheme is a huge achievement. Our Gram Panchayat is completely digital today. Gujarat’s grams of Gujarat was reinforced by the e-Gram Vishwagram scheme and people gain the benefit of different schemes and facilities of the government with one click. Nadiad’s Taluka Development Officer Nilesh Patel said: “In this scheme, 321 services are provided to the people of rural areas to contact digital service.” After accepting the responsibility of the country, his vision at national level was applied to Premier Modi and the Digital India Mission was launched on July 1, 2015. Its purpose was to strengthen India digitally and connect the poor to the poor with digital facilities in distant areas. The result of the Digital India campaign is that the number of internet users in the country over the past ten years has exceeded 100 crores. Of these, more than 42 crore internet consumers come from rural areas. During this time, the number of people using cell phones has also increased to more than 117 crores. The number of common service centers in the country has also increased to more than 5 lakh 81 thousand, of which 4 lakh is 52 thousand CSCs in rural areas. Whether it is banking facilities or online financial transactions, or the money of government schemes by DBT, it was only possible from Digidal India. The Digital India campaign not only strengthens the citizens of the country, but also strengthens the country’s digital economy. -Ians Ash/GKT shares this story Tags
