Nikant Jain received bail in bribery and corruption case; The court approves of a lack of strong evidence

Nikant Jain, who is accused of taking bribes and involvement in corruption in the name of a prominent IAS officer in the capital Lucknow, is bail. Special Judge Satyendra Singh of the prevention of corruption ordered the accused Nikant Jain to be released from prison on a personal bond of two Lakh calls and a personal band of two Lakh calls. According to the prosecution, Nikant Jain took a bribe of Rs 1 crore in the name of an IAS officer of Wadi Vishwajit Dutta’s company to draw up a solar power manufacturing unit. However, Nikant Jain’s lawyer demanded bail, saying that the accused is not a civil servant, and therefore the computer law cannot be imposed against him.
