The Weasley family is here! New photos from the setting of the upcoming ‘Harry Potter’ television series offered fans their first look at the new role division Weasley family in action. The filming took place on Monday, August 25 at King’s Cross Station in London, where the cast was seen that the well-known platform 9¾ scene looks-the magical gate that takes young witches and wizards to Hogwarts School via the Hogwarts Express. The photos show Katherine Parkinson in costume as Molly Weasley, which marks the first time she has been seen in the role. Alastair naughty as Ronald is also seen [Ron]Gracie Cochrane as Ginny, and the twins Tristan and Gabriel Harland as Fred and George. The Weasleys were seen around the luggage trolleys, and apparently filmed the moment the family went through the enchanted wall to board. This is the first full look at the newly composed Weasley children on set. Parkinson joined the cast in June, shortly after naughty was announced as Ron in May. Cochrane and the Harland twin were unveiled last week, along with Ruari Spooner, who will play Percy Weasley – although he was not spotted in the latest photos. Role division is still underway for the rest of the family, including Charlie, Bill and Arthur Weasley, the family patriarch. The series, which will be a faithful adjustment of the original books of JK Rowling, is developed by Max (formerly HBO Max) and is expected to bring a fresh version of the beloved story with a brand new cast. The show is produced by HBO Entertainment, Warner Bros. Television, Brontë Film & TV and Howday Films. The new adjustment plays Dominic McLaughlin as Harry Potter, along with Alastair naughty as Ron Weasley and Arabella Stanton as Hermione Granger. The supporting cast includes John Lithgow, Janet McIser, Paapa Essiedu and Nick Frost. The series was originally planned for exemption at HBO Max, and switched to a full HBO launch from June 2024. The first season consists of eight episodes and will be premiere in the United States in early 2027.
