Jakarta – Former Danpas president Marsda Wahyu Hidayat Sudjatmiko, has died. Marsda Wahyu Hidayat is the 28th Danpaspampres, serving for a year during the era of the 7th President Joko Widodo (Jokowi). The sad news of the passing away of Marsda Wahyu Hidayat was conveyed by the PPID Paspampres Instagram account as seen on Sunday (19/10/2025). Danpaspampres Major General Edwin Adrian Sumantha and the entire Paspampres family expressed their deepest condolences on the passing of Marsda Wahyu Hidayat. Marsda Wahyu Hidayat was born on September 16, 1971, a 1993 graduate of the Air Force Academy (AAU) of the Rapid Action Force Command Corps (Kopasgat). Marsda Wahyu Hidayat will become Danpas president replacing Major General Tri Budi Utomo in 2022. Marsda Wahyu Hidayat became the first Danpaspampres of the Indonesian Air Force. Based on detikcom records, Marsda Wahyu Hidayat Sudjatmiko once served as Dankopasgat in 2023 after leaving Paspampres. After becoming Dankopasgat, Marsda Wahyu Hidayat was appointed as Special Staff at KSAU. These promotions and transfers are stated in the decree of the TNI Commander number Kep/1384/XI/2023 regarding dismissal from and appointment to positions within the TNI.
