Former Manoj Pathak, former head of Chimta Village, has a furniture store at Hata Bazar intersection. His son Shivam Pathak was present in the shop that night. It is alleged that Chandrakesh Yadav, Monu Yadav and Yash Yadav of Chhapra Village reached there at about 12:15. It is said that the three are equipped with realities and sticks. He began to claim extortion as soon as he reached the store. When Shivam opposed it, the three brutally beat him. The broadcast video can be seen that the young man is trying to escape, but the attackers run and hit him. After this, Shivam was forcibly taken away in a car and locked in a room near Krishna model shop in Loharpur Village and assaulted him again.
