The District Administration of Fatehpur of Uttar Pradesh has implemented strict ban on all ceremonies, marches and protests related to a disputed mausoleum. Officials gave this information on Thursday. This performance was done on August 16 after the Janmashtami festival as well as a well -planned mobilization intelligence reports. After the recent controversy on Monday (August 11), when members of the right groups attacked the grave, damaged the graves and claimed that the place was originally a Hindu temple, the authorities increased the safety and precautions began. Officials said the purpose of these sanctions is to prevent any further growth and to ensure peace in the region during the festival. The entire area limited to the field monitoring, and the entire area is now under constant monitoring and access is prohibited for all but security personnel. The damaged parts of the mausoleum have already been restored. After the violence of Monday, Superintendent of Police (SP) Anop Kumar Singh confirmed that 160 people, including ten nominated persons, were discussed for damage to public property and the breaking of peace. Additional police forces from the neighboring Kaushambi and Prayagraj districts were deployed in the area and a flag march was taken out on Monday to secure the residents. Warning by senior officials, district magistrate (Fatehpur) Ravindra Singh and police superintendent Anop Kumar Singh on Thursday issued a joint person and warned that strict legal action would be taken on any attempt to protest, inflammatory speeches or put inflammatory material on social media. The administration sealed the area by planting several police barriers within a one kilometer radius. Heavy deployment and advanced monitoring officials said that a heavy police force, including a fast response team (QRT), was deployed to fit the security system until Janmashtami, as well as drones and CCTV monitoring. The authorities have called on the residents to maintain common harmony and submit their complaints in legal ways instead of demonstrating on the road.
