Prosecutors reveal that Riza Chalid was described in the accusation of his son as an 'oil and gas trader'

Jakarta – Prosecutors revealed that businessman Riza Chalid was considered an oil and gas trader in the accusation of his son, Muhamad Kerry Adrianto Riza. Kerry himself has been charged with causing financial losses of IDR 285 trillion in the case of alleged corruption in crude oil management. The prosecutor accused Kerry Adrianto Riza of violating Article 2 paragraph 1 and Article 3 in collaboration with Article 18 of the Corruption Act in collaboration with Article 55 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
