Jakarta – Prospective Hajjj -Organizing Officers (PPIH) in 2025 is still preparing to serve the pilgrims. The Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) also held a welcoming simulation to the services of pilgrims in Saudi Arabia. The simulation was held as a series of PPIH Technical Guidance (Bimtek) at the Jakarta Hajj Dormitory, Pondok Gate, Central Jakarta, Saturday (4/19/2025). The three schemes are Safari Wukuf, Murur and Tanazul. The schemes are prepared for Indonesian pilgrims experiencing illness, elderly and disability. They will stay in the hotel and be brought to Jamarat if they want to throw Jumrah on Tasrik Day. “Officers who are in Mina and the congregation in Mina will throw Jumrah off the 3rd floor,” said Colonel Harun Alrasyid as facilitator in the Bimtek PPIH. He said the officers and pilgrims who were Mabit and wanted to throw the Jumrah would go through the tunnel and the road was uphill to get to the 3rd floor. In 10 Zulhijah, the congregation would throw Aqobah Jumrah. Then the pilgrims throw the Jumrah Ula, Wustha and Aqobah at 11, 12 and 13 Zulhijah. The congregation in Medina, which is the first wave of congregation, will first pray at the prophet’s mosque and the messenger of the prophet. The Pilgrims of Medina will move to Mecca before the peak of the pilgrimage. Meanwhile, the congregation in Mecca that came in the second wave will immediately undergo the compulsory Umrah at the Grand Mosque. The congregation will return to the Hotel to the Umrah and come to Mecca while waiting for the peak of the pilgrimage. The Ministry of Religion is determined to provide the best service to pilgrims and to make the Hajj friendly for the elderly congregation and disability.
