Chandigarh, September 10 (IANS). The disastrous floods caused by heavy rains in Punjab did great damage to the state. Floods damaged crops, damaged roads and thousands of people. In the midst of this disaster, congressional Rana Gurjit Singh has targeted the central and state government. He said that Punjab suffered huge losses. The rain is natural, but the flood is a human -made. It must be investigated.
