It is believed that Lord Kuber solves every problem related to money and Lord Brahma reduces the ups and downs in life. Due to these beliefs, a special crowd is seen in the temple on the day of Dhanteras. Brahma Temple is near the sacred Pushkar Lake, which is also famous for its architecture. There is no exact history of the construction period of the temple, but it is said that the temple is more than 2000 years old. The temple is made of marble stone with fine craftsmanship. According to mythology, a demon named Vajranabh used to torture people here with his demonic powers, who was killed by Lord Brahma. At the time of the slaughter, lotus flowers fell from the hands of Lord Brahma, after which the temple was built in Pushkar. On the day of Dhanteras, Lord Kuber is anointed with Panchamrit. The temple is decorated with flower garlands and aarti is performed and Mahabhog is offered to Lord Kuber. Before coming to the temple, devotees bathe in Pushkar Lake and then worship Lord Brahma and Kuber Ji. –IANS PS/AS Share this story Tags
