Pushkarmool is beneficial in pain and swelling, its use will cure diseases

One such medicinal plant is Pushkarmool, which is a panacea for not just one but many diseases. Rarely would anyone have heard the name of Pushkarmool. It looks like a sunflower, but its properties are quite different. It has properties such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and bronchodilator, which increase the body’s immunity. It is good for skin and hair, prevents heart disease and is useful for removing respiratory problems. If there is difficulty in breathing, Pushkarmool can be taken. Pushkarmool helps to open the airway and prevents infection. It also works to keep the lungs healthy. For this, Pushkarmool powder should be boiled in water and taken as a decoction. Apart from this, it is also useful in cough, cold and fever. Many herbs have been mentioned in Ayurveda to deal with heart problems, but Pushkarmool has been considered the most effective. Its consumption controls BP and strengthens the heart muscles. Apart from this, this bed also prevents cholesterol from rising. For this, taking Akarkara powder, Shringa Bhasma and Vansh Lochan powder mixed with Pushkarmool powder will be beneficial. Mix all the powders in half a teaspoon each and take it before you eat in the evening. Pushkarmool is also beneficial for the diagnosis of stomach related diseases. It provides relief from intestinal swelling, constipation, frequent stomach inflammation, gas formation and acid indigestion. For this, Pushkarmool powder can be taken with warm water or lemon juice and plain water. It also works to increase appetite and improve digestion. Even if there is swelling and pain in any part of the body, it is beneficial. It has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, providing relief from swelling and pain.
