Gold prices rise quickly, rising with Rs 1.500 within 24 hours

New -Delhi, May 21 (IANS). Gold prices see a boom again. In the past 24 hours, the price of 10 grams of 24 carats has risen by more than Rs 1500. According to the latest prices released on Wednesday by India Bullion Jewelers Association (IBJA), 10 grams of gold from 24 carat with Rs 1.502 to Rs 95,309, which used to be Rs 93,807. The price of 22 carat gold rose from Rs 85.927 per 10 grams to Rs 87.303 per 10 grams. At the same time, the price of 18 carat gold rose to Rs 71,482 per 10 grams, which used to be Rs 70,355 per 10 grams. The increase in the price of gold is due to increasing concerns about the US economy, which constantly weakens the dollar and supports gold prices. The US has been through the international rating agency Moody’s thanks to increasing debt last week. Silver prices also rose with gold. In the past 24 hours, the price of silver with Rs 1.760 has risen to Rs 97,332 per kg, which used to be Rs 95,572 per kg. Along with the place, the prices of gold and silver also increase in the futures market. The contract of gold on the Multi -Commodity Exchange (MCX) on June 5, 2025 rose 0.35 percent to Rs 95,170. At the same time, the contract of silver rose 0.45 percent on July 4, 2025 to Rs 97,726. Gold and silver prices also see an increase in international markets.
