Students here have converted milk into alcohol

Many used to change milk in alcohol, students here opened universities in India thousands of years ago, where there was education from science to tantra learning. One such ancient university was – Vikramashila. It was founded by King Dharampal in the 8th century. The fame was distributed to Tibet and Southeast Asia. This university located on the banks of the Ganges 108 temples. It was difficult to access here. Only qualified students were able to study here who were chosen on the basis of exams. Here, science, philosophy, grammar, tantra and other subjects were taught. The students were initially kept under the supervision of monks. This university was famous due to the study of Tantra Learning. It is said that a student has converted milk into alcohol with leather. Bakhtiyar Khilji’s army destroyed it at the end of the 12th century. Surrounded by high walls, he looted and completely demolished this complex as a fort. After this attack, this university disappeared from the pages of history. The site has been neglected for almost 800 years and now its name has only been saved in the old books. The Archaeological Department of India excavated and discovered it again. The remains of ancient buildings and idols were found, which testified to its greatness. Vikramashila’s remains are present in Kahalgaon, Bihar. Attempts are to preserve it so that this glorious education tradition of India can be recognized again.
