Rajasthan: BJP leader told 91 MAs who resigned- 90 days back to the Treasury!
Rajasthan News Desk !!! The case related to mass resignation of 91 MLAs of Congress on September 25 was listed in the Chief Justice’s Court of the Rajasthan High Court for the hearing on January 2. On December 1, the Deputy Leader of the Opposition (BJP), Rajendra Singh Rathore, filed a pill (pill) in the Rajasthan High Court and searched for judicial intervention in the case related to the strategy related to the legislative meeting -speaker, CP Joshi’s strategy to resign. Prior to the important hearing, Rathore on Friday demanded that all 91 MAs who submitted their resignations to Speaker Joshi filed their three -month salary and other Treasury incentives, which they even received after resigning. Rathore also demanded that the names of these 91 MAs be made public to know that the leaders elected can play with their confidence and public feelings for their selfishness. After the case was listed on January 2, Rathore said- On September 25, 91 MLAs resigned with their signature their resignation to the speaker. It is not possible that resignations from 91 MLAs have been taken by force, nor is it possible for all signatures to be forged. According to the rules of the meeting, there was a need to accept the resignation immediately. The fact is that it took more than 90 days to test the prescribed format of the resignation letters, which means that the sponsors of this resignation match must face the court, which should mention the case for trial on January 2. It is essential to say here that 91 MLAs resigned by a meeting parallel to the meeting of the official congressional legislature in the House of the Main Minister on September 25. Rathore said that all these 91 MLAs should return at least 90 days of salary and other incentives to the Treasury. Rajasthan has been formed in Rajasthan for the past 90 days, which is not clearly believed by the house. There is no provision in the law to withdraw the resignations that were submitted immediately, nor a procedure has been set for resignation. He said- chairman could not legally force the MLAs who resigned to continue in his post as MLA. The MLAs who resigned should not wait for the approval of the chairman. Even after resigning, these MLAs have been full of full benefit of all government facilities for more than 90 days. I condemn this false resignation case. I was distressed by unconstitutional behavior that was shown in such a sensitive matter, and I was forced to take refuge in the Supreme Court. I will request the court to identify everyone who plays a role in this systematic betrayal with constitutional institutions and procedures and actions on it. -Ians Jaipur News Desk !!!
