Rajbhar wrote a letter to the leaders to implement the report of the Social Justice Committee, raised this claim
Lucknow, October 3 (IANS). Suheldev Bharatiya Sama Party (Subhasspa) national president and minister in the UP government to Prakash Rajbhar wrote a letter to the leaders of all major political parties in which the implementation of the report of the ‘Social Justice Committee’ led by Justice Raghavendra Singh. Rajbhar says that the preparation of reservation is the real way of social justice and that it will provide equal benefits to all caste of backward classes. He wrote a letter to BJP National President JP Nadda, Congress’s National President Mallikarjun Kharge, Mayawati, Anupriya Patel, Dr. Sanjay Nishad and Lalu Prasad Yadav. In the letter, Rajbhar raised the claim to implement the report of the “Social Justice Committee” compiled chaired by Justice Raghavendra Singh (retired) in the state. In his letter, Rajbhar wrote that this committee, founded in 2001, recommended to divide 27 percent reservation for the other backward classes on a subdivision base, so that all castles can gain the benefit of equal booking. However, the then governments did not implement this report, whereby some caste of backward classes still favored most of the discussions, and other role players were deprived. In the letter, he said that the BJP government of Uttar Pradesh received a committee again in the year 2017 and received a report, which recommended to divide 27 percent reservation of backward classes into three parts. This includes the backward class (7 percent), backward class (9 percent) and extremely backward class (11 percent). Rajbhar said that if this report applies, all divisions of society will equate the benefit of the discussion and realize the concept of social justice. He demanded that appointments should be made based on this report in the coming three -spar Panchayat elections and recruitments in various departments. TRAKASH Rajbhar has called on the leadership of Congress to play an active role in protecting the rights of social justice and backward classes through the issue. He said that the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court also intended the intention from time to time through their decisions that the discussion quota should also be subjected to the benefits of discussion to the deprived and extensive people of society. While following the Supreme Court order, the Haryana government gave the benefit of the reservation to the people of their state by classifying discussion. Through the letter, Rajbhar demanded that all castes of backward classes receive the benefit of the discussion, and that the remaining extensive and deprived castes of backward classes will also be lifted.
