Rajiv appreciates Raja Juli’s good performance as evidence of synergy between Commission IV and the government

Jakarta – Member of Commission IV DPR RI Rajiv appreciated Forestry Minister Raja Juli Antoni for the list of 10 ministers with the best performance according to the IndoStrategi survey. He assessed that this achievement cannot be separated from Raja Juli’s willingness to learn, discuss and cooperate with the DPR, especially Commission IV. “It means that if the ministry’s performance is good, it means that the DPR is good, especially Commission IV. If we see, Raja Juli Antoni here really wants to learn and is willing to ask questions and discuss with Commission IV of the DPR,” says Rajiv in his statement, Sunday (19/10/2025). He believes that Raja Juli’s success cannot be separated from his ability to carry out President Prabowo Subianto’s directions, especially in the Social Forestry Programme. Because we both know, this program affects the community directly. This means that the community gets a direct impact from the president’s policies because it goes directly to the community,” he said. Rajiv also recalled the important role of the chairman of Commission IV DPR RI, Siti Hediati Soeharto or known as Titiek Soeharto. He disclosed that Titiek was always active in leading various Commission IV activities. “Of course there is a role for the Chairperson of Commission IV. Who dares to play around with the management of government programmes? The Chairperson of Commission IV is never absent from any activity. From meetings to visits, she leads directly. So under her leadership, Commission IV is quite active,” said Rajiv. According to him, synergy between the government and the DPR, especially Commission IV, is key in maintaining consistency and effectiveness of policies in the forestry sector. He emphasized that the success of a minister cannot be separated from active and constructive cooperation with the legislature.
