Punjabi singer Rajvir Jawanda died days after his fatal road accident. His last rituals are done in his native village in Ludhiana, Punjab. Actor Ammy Virk took to Instagram and shared details. Rajvir Jawanda’s last rites The last rites of the late singer Rajvir Jawanda are held in Pona, a village in Jagraon, Ludhiana. It will take place at 11 o’clock. Virk wrote Virk, “Waheguru Ji (folded hands emoji).” Rajvir Jawanda’s death Rajvir Jawanda died in a private hospital in Mohali on Wednesday. He was pronounced dead 11 days after a road accident in Himachal Pradesh. Rajvir Jawanda Death Cause “Despite extensive medical support and continuous monitoring by the critical care and neurosurgery teams, he died of multiple organ failure this morning. Our deepest condolences to his family and fans,” a statement issued by the hospital. He has been life support since he was taken to Fortis Hospital in Mohali. According to the reports, his condition was critical without any demands of improvement. He allegedly was seriously injured in an accident in the Solan district of Himachal Pradesh, he was on his way to Shima on September 27 when the accident occurred. The singer sustained head and spine injuries in the accident, as per PTI. He also sustained a cardiac arrest before being moved to Mohali Hospital. What Rajvir Jawanda Rajvir Jawanda is, was a popular Punjabi singer and actor who earned his popularity for his hits such as Kamla, Mera Dil and Sardari. With more than 2.7 million Instagram followers, he enjoyed a massive fan who admired both his music and his roles on screen. With his debut in 2014 with the Single Munda Like Me, Jawanda quickly became famous in the Punjabi music industry. Besides singing, he displayed his acting chops in films such as Jind Jaan, Mindo Taseldarni and Kaka Ji, all of which further created his place in the Punjabi cinema. Interestingly, before striving, Jawanda strived to become a police officer, as noted in his official Apple Music biography. Several artists, including Gurpreet Ghuggi, Guggu Gill, Darshan Aulakh, and politicians expressed sadness about the loss of Jawanda. Among politicians, Bhagwant Mann, chief minister of Punjab, and his wife also expressed sadness after the death of the popular singer. Senior monkey leader Manish Sisodia also diluted Jawanda’s death on social media.
