Ratas in Kertanegara, Bahlil Report to Prabowo on People's Wells up to B50

Jakarta – Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Bahlil Lahadalia attended a limited meeting (ratas) with President Prabowo Subianto in Kertanegara, South Jakarta. Bahlil admitted that he had come to report the results of his working visit to a number of areas. “The President and I reported on the various tasks given to us as Minister of Human Resources during working visits to various regions. First, in South Sumatra, it is about community wells. I went to Muba Regency, there are 22 thousand community wells, where on average one well can produce at least 2 barrels per day (per day),” Bahlil said in Kertanegara, South Jakarta/50/50, Sunday (2109) said. Bahlil also reported on developments in the handling of business permits for cooperatives and SMEs in a number of regions. Bahlil said he also provided the latest report on the preparation of a policy for the use of a blend of 50% palm oil-based biodiesel with diesel oil or B50. Apart from that, we talked about downstream, especially in mineral and coal commodities. That’s about it,” he continued. Apart from that, Bahlil said that Prabowo also gave directions on accelerating refinery construction in a number of areas. “(Regarding) the refineries of the 18 points discussed, there are 2 refineries. The current refinery is the refinery in East Kalimantan owned by Pertamina, for some of its products it will be inaugurated this November,” Bahlil said. “Meanwhile, for the new refineries we are working on at 18 points, we hope that the Danantara FS (Feasibility Study) will be final. When it is final, we can start implementing it, due to the President’s directive that every region has a refinery, portable locations,” he added. Prabowo is known to have held a limited meeting (ratas) with a number of ministers at his residence in Kertanegara, South Jakarta. Minister of State Secretary (Menseneg) Prasetyo Hadi and Minister of Defense (Menhan) Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin were present. Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadila earlier arrived first at President Prabowo’s residence on Jl Kertanegara, South Jakarta at around 15.55 WIB. Bahlil then left early around 17.07 WIB. Meanwhile, other ministers who also came to Kertanegara left the location only at 18:00 WIB. A number of other ministers who visited Prabowo’s residence include Minister of State Secretary (Menseneg) Prasetyo Hadi, Minister of Defense (Menhan) Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin, Minister of Education and Technology Brian Yularto, TNI Commander General Agus Subiyanto and Chief of BIN Muhammad Herindra, as well as Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra.
