The state government has formed the Uttar Pradesh Education Service Commission, but so far the appointment process of teachers in the helped colleges has not begun because they were not ready. As a result, there is an atmosphere of disappointment among thousands of candidates. According to the information waiting for the portal to be prepared, the details of vacancies online in colleges had to be sent by the E-Aidhiyachan portal, so that the commission could continue the recruitment process in a transparent way. But due to technical reasons and departmental formalities, this portal has not yet begun. Meanwhile, the chairman of the commission, prof. Kirti Pandey, a review meeting with the relevant departments on the construction of the portal. The meeting agreed to the format presented by the Department of Higher Education. Now details of vacant posts in colleges are collected at the directorate level. According to sources resting on the recruitment of 170 principals, the recruitment process for the posts of about 170 principals will begin online as soon as the portal begins. Applications for this will only be accepted on the e-adhiyachan portal. The commission says that work is being done to make the recruitment process completely digital and transparent. The increasing restlessness among the candidates, candidates from different districts of the state, says that information about the vacant posts comes in the assisted colleges for a long time, but due to the recruitment process that does not start in time, their future is at stake. Many candidates expressed dissatisfaction with not acquiring the opportunity, even after completing the preparation. A researcher at Lucknow University said: “Our generation is constantly waiting. The commission is formed, but everything is fixed by not becoming a portal. Now we need the beginning of recruiting as soon as possible.” On behalf of the commission, the chairman of the commission, prof. Pandey, made clear that the construction of the portal is speeded up. He said that the technical exposition is almost fixed and that the portal will be launched after collecting details of all the vacancies of the Department of Higher Education and the Directorate. He also said that it is the commission’s attempt that the recruitment process should be completed with complete transparency and timeliness, so that no candidate gets the chance to complain.
