Rickshaw manager dies in Chembur because of the doctor's negligence, police have registered a case

Mumbai, September 14 (IANS). The negligence of a false doctor in Mumbai’s Chembur area killed a car -rick driver. The deceased was identified as Nantun Jha, who lived with his family in Chembur and raised his family by running a rickshaw. According to the chosen Bhatti police station, Nantun Jha began to get toothache on Friday, so he reached the Lions Club of Charitable Trust to get treatment, where the doctor took out his teeth and sent him home. The next day, however, his cheek was swollen and the pain also increased. When they got there again, the hospital was found closed. Due to heavy pain, Nantun Jha reaches the nearby ‘to Clinic’, where a person named Dr. Ramesh Vishwakarma treated him. He gave them an injection and some medicine. After treatment, Nantun Jha was taken home, but there was no improvement in his health. He had trouble breathing. The family again went to Dr. Vishwakarma taken, where the doctor advised him to take him to a large hospital immediately. The family took him to Zion Hospital when his health deteriorated, where doctors declared Nantun Jha dead after the investigation. When the doctors of the hospital inquired about the family’s treatment and medicine, it was found that the HAWK doctor injected the wrong injection. After this, the family of the deceased dr. Ramesh Vishwakarma questioned, but he gave no satisfactory answer. The wife of the deceased complained to BMC and police on the case. Investigation revealed that the accused doctor did not have some kind of medical degree or certificate. He managed a clinic without any valid consent and merit. After this serious negligence, the deceased’s wife filed a case with the election police station. Police registered a case against the accused doctor in terms of section 106 (1), 318 and Maharashtra Medical Act of BNS.
