Road accident in Delhi: Deputy Ministry of Finance Navjot Singh dies

New -Delhi, September 14 (IANS). Deputy Secretary Navjot Singh died in the Ministry of Finance of the Government of India in the fierce accident in the Dhaula Kuan area in the national capital Delhi, while his wife was seriously injured and treated. According to the information, Navjot Singh returned home with his wife after visiting Bangla Sahib Gurdwara. On the way, a quick BMW car hit his car on his way to Raja Garden from pillar no. 57 of Dhaula Kuan. The collision was so strong that Navjot Singh’s car was severely damaged. Shortly after the accident, passersby notified the police and ambulances. Many hospitals were present near the accident, but Navjot Singh and his wife were taken to New Life Hospital in GTB Nagar, about 17 km away. At the achievement, doctors declared Navjot Singh dead. The condition of his wife remains critical and the treatment is underway in the ICU. His son Nawanur Singh said: ‘Mother and father left for Bungalow Sahib in the morning. When he returned home, he had an accident in a BMW car in which Dad died. The mother’s condition is critical. ‘ Police reached the place and seized the car involved in the accident, but after the accident, the driver of the car escaped from the place. Eyewitnesses said the collision was so terrible that the BMW car collided, also badly damaged. Police have begun to investigate the footage of CCTV cameras installed in the area and the search for the absolutely accused is underway.
