Rajsamand Roadways’ buses have stopped due to an indefinite strike. Contract managers stopped working today (October 5). He accused the “Top Main Power Management” agency of paying less salary. He claims that instead of the fixed salary of Rs 19,000, he is given only Rs 7,000. He also accused the private company of arbitrariness. As a result, contract drivers refused to go to work and also prevented other bus drivers. They will submit a memorandum to the Roadways General Manager to convey their demands to the administration. Claim: The company does not make equal payments. The claim is that the agency’s payments are not equal and arbitrary. Some pay ₹4,000 per month, some ₹6,000, while the standard payment is ₹19,700 per month. Because of this, the agency has been exploiting them for a long time. Buses on roads shut down, passengers upset. To convey their grievances to the Road Administration, the contract workers started a protest and the buses were stopped from today.
