Robyn Brown’s True Feelings About Kody’s Other Kids Revealed

Sister Wives viewers have long been aware of the way Robyn Brown feels about her husband Kody Brown’s children outside of their marriage, but after touting the importance of their plural family for years, her recent comments made her feelings about the children crystal clear. Robyn, Kody’s only remaining wife after decades of plural marriage, has never been easy to please.

While she’s been interested in continuing her marriage with Kody after his other three wives, Meri Brown, Janelle Brown, & Christine Brown, all left the family in the last few years, Robyn’s had a tough time handling the fallout of the divorces and their impact on her kids. Although Kody is the father of 18 in total, only 5 of his kids are Robyn’s, both through adoption and biologically.

throughou Sister Wives season 20 thus far, Kody and Robyn have been clear about mending their relationship and keeping their family close knit, despite Robyn not having a good relationship with most of Kody’s 13 other children. Seeing Robyn try to discuss matters about the kids, it’s never been more clear where she stands on reconciliation, even after major family trauma.

While Robyn has long struggled with the relationship she shares with Kody’s older children, she’s been at a new low for the last few years after his trio of separations. Kody’s relationships with Meri, Janelle, and Christine falling apart changed her views of her fellow sister wives, which often made it tougher for her to take control over their kids’ lives.

Although Robyn’s been clear over the last few years that she feels the relationships she shares with Kody’s kids has been difficult, she hasn’t appeared to entirely disown them until the most recent episode of Sister Wives. In discussing their elder kids’ futures, Robyn shared something about their kids returning back home with spouses and children in the future, but didn’t include the rest of Kody’s children originally.

While Robyn may have been trying to be kind to her husband when she said, “our kids have done great here – if we have a bigger place they can come back with their families…and maybe some day your kids, too,” she was making her feelings about the Brown family divide more obvious than ever. At this point, Robyn’s not interested in reconciliation.

Although it’s been clear that Robyn’s been looking for an apology from Kody’s kids for years, it doesn’t seem like she’s even interested in reconciliation after the most recent Sister Wives episodes. Instead, Robyn’s been doing what she can to separate herself from Kody’s original 13 kids. Knowing the trauma that the Brown family went through after Garrison Brown’s passing, Robyn’s behavior is difficult.

Although Kody and his kids’ relationships appear to actually be doing somewhat better in recent years, the fact that Robyn has no inclination to even include them in the larger family sense makes it obvious that she isn’t working towards reconciliation. If anything, Robyn seems hopeful that Kody will figure out a way to mend fences without them Sister Wives villain included.
